On 31 December 2014, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia (ICAA) and the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA) merged to form the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).
CA ANZ has members both in Australia and New Zealand. The organization’s vision is to be a kind of profession of the future by creating opportunities for its members that are of added value to themselves, their clients and the communities in which they live.
In addition, it is a member of IFAC CA ANZ, is a member of the Confederation of Accountants of Asia and the Pacific and an associate member of the Russian Association of Accountants of ASEAN.
To become a Certified Public Accountants Tauranga NZ (CA) or Certified Public Accountant Practitioner (CPA), you must:

From the end of your degree from a recognized university.

Three years of professional experience.

Complete the CA ANZ or CPA Australia qualification.
To register to be a accounting Tauranga in the CA ANZ, you should follow the following criteria:

You may be eligible to apply for membership in CPA Australia. You must be a member of good standing in CAANZ and not based on an administrator’s knowledge and professional conduct. You do not have access to membership with CAANZ of all mutual recognition agreements of a similar route.

Please fill out the online application form and provide all the necessary documents, including the request and membership fees. In your application, you can designate the CAANZ and professional students you studied with and keep records.

The Application verification takes about 10-15 business days. We will send you an email with the results of your evaluation.
After your application is verified by the authorities, you will be registered as an accountant Tauranga.
